4. Send us an Etsy message with your logo files, brand colors and any other info we may need including the size you would like.
5. Sit back and relax! We will reply to your message after we have reviewed your order and info.
6. Your preview will be ready in 1 - 2 days business days.
7. Once your design is ready, We will send a preview for you to review.
8. You will receive two rounds of revisions to request changes. (This does not include major changes, new designs or different sizes.)
9. Once you give final approval – I’ll finalize your graphics, send a link to download your final files and close the order.

What if I want to send off for accreditation?
If you would like to become accredited using these manuals as a template, you will need to include your own salon images, re-word the content to suit your business & ensure the relevant legislation from your country or state is included. It's that simple!

Where are my files?
To access your digital files from your account:
Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
Go to Purchases and reviews.
Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.
